CrossFit East Decatur is pleased to announce that we will be hosting a weekly gymnastics clinic series, geared specifically towards CrossFit athletes beginning Tuesday, October 21, 2014. Coached by national champion, David Spitdowski, the series will offer fundamental basics and techniques in a more classic gymnastics style to cater to the adult athlete with little to no gymnastics background. Each week’s clinic will be dedicated to a different skill set, ranging from handstands, core strengthening, rings, and bar work. Participants can expect lots of  hands-on coaching and personal attention as session attendance will be held to a limited number of athletes. Coach Dave will spend 75 minutes each week breaking down the movements and leading the athletes through drills and techniques. Come prepared for the session to be your gymnastics work for the day.
