CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. Our exercises are all multi-joint movements which require in depth instruction and a high level of commitment to reach proficiency: squats, deadlifts, cleans & jerks, pullups, pushups, jumping rope, and so on. Technique is especially important due to the “high intensity” part of our program. To get the best results from your training, you need to be able to push yourself to your limits without breaking down your form and technique.

That’s why every prospective member starts with a FREE INTRO SESSION. We get to know you and your specific goals and develop a plan to kick start your fitness journey. Whether you are new to CrossFit or not, together we will assess your current level of fitness and discuss the best way to help you reach your goals.
Following your Free Intro Session, your first month will start in our FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM.
