CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. Our exercises are all multi-joint movements which require in depth instruction and commitment to reach proficiency:  squats, deadlifts, cleans & jerks, pullups, pushups, jumping rope, and so on. Technique is especially important due to the “high intensity” part of our program. To get the best results from your training, you need to be able to push yourself to your limits without breaking down your form and technique.

Following your Free Intro Session, you will start with PRIVATE TRAINING in our FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM.

Private Training

Though we feel that the atmosphere of our Group Classes is the best way to get you motivated to CRUSH your fitness goals, we know that Private Training is great place to focus on specific objectives and to fine tune your technique.  That’s why we start our Members off in Private Training, to make sure movements are performed properly and our athletes are set up for success before moving into a Group Class setting.

But Private Training isn’t just for beginners!  Maybe your gains have stalled, or maybe you just aren’t making progress the way you think you should be.  Ringing any bells?  You and your Move Coach will work together to design a program and reach your specific goals on a timeline that works for you.

Typical 1 On 1 Training might include:

– Fundamentals Program
– Olympic Lifting
– Power Lifting
– Improve Gymnastic Skills
– Sport Specific Programming and Periodization for Athletes

Rates for 1 On 1 Personal Training Sessions:

– $75 per Hour Long Session
– $350 for 5 Sessions Pre Paid
– $675 for 10 Sessions Pre Paid

 

Teen Strength & Conditioning

Our Teen Strength & Conditioning Program is designed for young athletes, focusing on developing proper movement patterns and physical conditioning that can transfers equally well to the demands of sport and everyday activities.

Classes are typically between 10 and 20 athletes with multiple instructors on hand.  We use barbells, dumbbells,  and medicine balls for weightlifting and do numerous bodyweight or gymnastics movements as well as running, rowing, and jumping rope.
